Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Wyze account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
